Welcome to MM 2D. These Terms and Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) explain the rules for using the MM 2D mobile application (\u201cApp\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cour\u201d, or \u201cus\u201d).<\/p>\n
By using MM 2D, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.<\/p>\n
1. App Purpose<\/p>\n
MM 2D provides 2D result information, history, app notifications, entertainment features, prediction contest features, leaderboard features, reward ads, gifts, and a chat room.<\/p>\n
MM 2D is for information and entertainment purposes only.<\/p>\n
The App does not provide gambling, betting, cash-out, deposit, withdrawal, payment, or real-money services.<\/p>\n
2. No Real Money Value<\/p>\n
All in-app coins, including Ad Coin, Win Coin, gifts, rewards, prediction contest points, and leaderboard records, are for entertainment and app features only.<\/p>\n
They have no cash value.<\/p>\n
They cannot be:<\/p>\n
Withdrawn as money
\nExchanged for money
\nSold
\nTransferred as real currency
\nUsed as gambling or betting value<\/p>\n
MM 2D does not provide real-money prizes, betting, or gambling services.<\/p>\n
3. Google Login<\/p>\n
Some features may require Google Sign-In, including sending chat messages, joining prediction contest features, and using profile-based features.<\/p>\n
You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.<\/p>\n
We may use your Google profile information, such as display name, email address, profile photo, and user ID, to provide app features and prevent abuse.<\/p>\n
4. Prediction Contest<\/p>\n
The prediction contest is an entertainment feature only.<\/p>\n
Users may use Ad Coin to submit prediction entries. Win Coin may be added for correct predictions according to the app rules.<\/p>\n
Prediction contest results, leaderboard ranking, and Win Coin records are for entertainment purposes only and have no cash value.<\/p>\n
We may limit, suspend, or block prediction contest access if we detect abuse, cheating, spam, suspicious activity, or rule violations.<\/p>\n
5. Reward Ads<\/p>\n
The App may offer rewarded ads or rewarded interstitial ads.<\/p>\n
Reward availability may depend on ad provider availability, device status, network connection, app configuration, and anti-abuse rules.<\/p>\n
We do not guarantee that ads will always be available.<\/p>\n
If abuse, fake claims, repeated suspicious activity, or technical manipulation is detected, we may reject reward claims or restrict account access.<\/p>\n
6. Chat Room Rules<\/p>\n
MM 2D includes a chat room called \u1005\u1000\u102c\u1038\u101d\u102d\u102f\u1004\u103a\u1038.<\/p>\n
Users must sign in with Google to send chat messages.<\/p>\n
You agree not to post:<\/p>\n
Spam
\nScam messages
\nPhone number or Viber\/Telegram contact spam
\nOffensive, abusive, threatening, or hateful content
\nMisleading claims
\nIllegal content
\nRepeated duplicate messages
\nAdvertising or promotional spam
\nPersonal information of other people<\/p>\n
We may automatically block certain messages. Admins may also manually hide or remove messages.<\/p>\n
We may chat-ban users who abuse the chat room. If a user is chat-banned, they may not be able to send messages. Admins may also use \u201cChat Ban + Remove Text\u201d to hide that user\u2019s public chat messages.<\/p>\n
Hidden chat messages may remain stored for moderation and audit purposes.<\/p>\n
7. User Conduct<\/p>\n
You agree not to:<\/p>\n
Abuse, attack, or harass other users
\nTry to cheat or manipulate app features
\nAttempt to bypass cooldowns, limits, bans, or security checks
\nUse bots, scripts, automation, or reverse engineering to abuse the App
\nInterfere with Firebase, server, admin, or app systems
\nPost scam or misleading information
\nUse the App for unlawful purposes<\/p>\n
We may suspend, restrict, ban, or remove access if you violate these Terms.<\/p>\n
8. Admin Rights and Moderation<\/p>\n
We reserve the right to manage, moderate, restrict, or remove access to app features.<\/p>\n
This includes the right to:<\/p>\n
Hide or remove chat messages
\nChat-ban or unban users
\nBan abusive users
\nDisable features temporarily
\nAdjust app settings
\nReset leaderboard or app records when needed
\nInvestigate abuse or suspicious activity
\nProtect the App and other users<\/p>\n
Admin actions may be taken without prior notice when necessary for safety, security, abuse prevention, or app operation.<\/p>\n
9. App Results and Information<\/p>\n
MM 2D may display 2D result data, history, and related market information.<\/p>\n
We try to provide accurate and timely information, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.<\/p>\n
You should not rely on the App for financial, gambling, betting, investment, legal, or official decision-making.<\/p>\n
10. Notifications<\/p>\n
The App may send notifications about results, announcements, gifts, app updates, or other app-related information.<\/p>\n
You can control notification permissions through your device settings.<\/p>\n
11. Advertisements<\/p>\n
MM 2D may show advertisements, including banner, interstitial, app open, rewarded, or rewarded interstitial ads.<\/p>\n
Ad content may be provided by third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for third-party ad content, external websites, or services shown through ads.<\/p>\n
12. Account Restrictions and Bans<\/p>\n
We may restrict or ban accounts for:<\/p>\n
Spam
\nChat abuse
\nCheating
\nSuspicious activity
\nSecurity abuse
\nViolation of these Terms
\nMisuse of app features
\nAttempts to manipulate coins, rewards, predictions, or leaderboard<\/p>\n
A ban may affect chat access, prediction access, reward access, or general app access.<\/p>\n
13. Privacy<\/p>\n
Your use of MM 2D is also subject to our Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n
The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us about privacy matters.<\/p>\n
14. App Availability<\/p>\n
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.<\/p>\n
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.<\/p>\n
15. Updates to These Terms<\/p>\n
We may update these Terms from time to time. When updated, the \u201cLast updated\u201d date will be changed.<\/p>\n
Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the updated Terms.<\/p>\n
16. Disclaimer<\/p>\n
MM 2D is provided \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available\u201d.<\/p>\n
We do not guarantee:<\/p>\n
Continuous service
\nError-free operation
\nExact result timing
\nAd availability
\nReward availability
\nData availability
\nCompatibility with all devices<\/p>\n
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses, damages, or issues caused by use of the App, inability to use the App, third-party ads, network issues, device issues, or user misuse.<\/p>\n
