MM 2D (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use the MM 2D mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Google Sign-In Information
When you sign in with Google, we may collect basic account information such as:

Profile photo
Google account user ID
We use this information to create your app profile, show your username in app features, support leaderboard features, and prevent abuse.
App Activity Data
We may collect app-related activity such as:
Prediction contest entries
Coin balance information inside the app
Leaderboard ranking and weekly win coin records
Rewarded ad claim records
Chat messages sent in the စကားဝိုင်း chat room
Chat moderation status such as hidden messages or chat ban status
Notification and app configuration status
Coins in MM 2D are for entertainment and app features only. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.
Device and Technical Data
We may collect technical data automatically, including:
Device type and operating system
App version
Crash or error information
Firebase installation identifiers
Analytics events
Advertising identifiers where applicable
This helps us improve performance, fix bugs, detect abuse, and show ads.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
Provide app features such as live results, history, gift, prediction contest, leaderboard, and chat room
Allow users to sign in with Google
Save and display user profiles
Process prediction contest entries
Manage Ad Coin, Win Coin, and reward ad limits
Show leaderboard rankings
Send app notifications
Detect spam, abuse, or suspicious activity
Moderate chat messages
Hide/remove spam messages
Chat-ban users who abuse the chat room
Improve app performance and reliability
Show advertisements
3. Chat Room and Moderation
MM 2D includes a chat room called စကားဝိုင်း.
Users must sign in with Google to send messages. Public chat messages may be visible to other users. We may monitor chat messages to prevent spam, scams, offensive content, and abuse.
Admins may:
Hide or remove chat messages from public view
Restore hidden messages
Chat-ban or unban users
Use “Chat Ban + Remove Text” to hide all public messages sent by a spam user
Hidden messages may remain stored for audit and moderation purposes, but they are not shown in the public chat room.
Do not post personal information, phone numbers, Viber/Telegram contact spam, scam messages, or offensive content in the chat room.
4. Advertising
MM 2D may show advertisements, including banner, interstitial, app open, rewarded, or rewarded interstitial ads.
We may use Google AdMob or related Google advertising services. Ad providers may collect or use device information, advertising identifiers, and interaction data to serve and measure ads. AdMob publishers are required to follow Google’s AdMob policies and restrictions.
5. Firebase and Google Services
MM 2D uses Firebase and Google services such as Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Analytics, and related services.
These services help us provide login, database, app configuration, notifications, analytics, moderation, and security features. Firebase provides privacy and security information for developers and users through Google’s Firebase documentation.
6. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate the app, including:
Google Firebase
Google AdMob
Google Sign-In / Firebase Authentication
Analytics and crash/error monitoring services
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to enforce app rules.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect user data. Access to admin features is restricted. Normal users cannot directly modify protected app data such as coin balances, predictions, chat moderation records, or admin settings.
However, no internet-based system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We keep user data only as long as needed for app operation, security, moderation, legal compliance, and abuse prevention.
Examples:
Prediction and leaderboard records may be kept for history and audit.
Chat messages may be kept for moderation and audit.
Hidden or removed chat messages may remain stored for admin review.
Account and coin records may be kept while your account is active.

10. Children’s Privacy
MM 2D is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at admin@mm2d.online.
11. No Real Money or Cash Value
MM 2D is an entertainment and information app.
App coins, Ad Coin, Win Coin, rewards, prediction contest points, and leaderboard records have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred as money, exchanged for money, or used as real-money gambling.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will change the “Last updated” date above.
Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
